The Real World: The Power of Being LGBT
Thursday, September 16
7pm
Huntsman 345
Wharton Alliance's first GBM is this Thursday
at 7pm in Huntsman 345. Come learn
about our organization which is open to all years and all schools - two of our Board members are in the College and an
additional 2 in Engineering! Our first meeting will feature the theme:
"The Real World: The Power of Being LGBT." We will discuss what it's
like to be LGBT in the workplace and the advantages as well as pitfalls of
being a member of this community. We are Penn's portal to LGBT professional
life, so don't miss out on a chance to learn more about how to get involved and
benefit from club participation! We'll also be having a discussion at the end
of the meeting about preparing resumes for the upcoming Out for Undergraduate
Business Conference and general recruiting.
